I wanted to share with you this experience because when my family and friends shared with me and my wife how comfortable and pleasurable it was taking the bus to and from our son's wedding reception I think it worth mentioning and noting to the company that provided that service. Your driver was professional; never lost sight of the fact that he had senior citizens on the bus, carefully took his time and navigated a very safe trip to and from, and the weather was somewhat foggy and miserable in-route home, but your driver was very conscientious of that and took all extremes taken into consideration; and that; Ms. Birnbaum, is what your company is all about, not what is advertised on a radio commercial, but the services you provide; from start to finish, were exceptional, including the lovely and talented young ladies that handled our reservation, extremely courteous and very patient; and I will make a pledge to you, if I ever have to use or recommend any bus service for anything it will be Royal Coachman Worldwide.
