I have been a customer for at least 5 years. During this time, I have used your service at an approximate rate of 4 times per month (on the average) Your service has been consistent, always professional, always timely, courteous and most importantly, dependable.

As a woman who travels the world, often times alone, it is very comforting to return home, knowing that one of your drivers will most assuredly be waiting for me, regardless of the weather or the time of day or night at the airport.

In addition, I have recommended your business to other colleagues and they too have been pleased.

While I have always had terrific, professional drivers from your service, my driver on 12/2/10 was outstanding and deserves a special shout out! My bag was damaged during my return to Newark airport that day, so Luigi recommended that I go to the Continental office to see if they would replace it. We stopped in the office, and within 5 minutes, I left with a new bag! I did not even know that the airline did this, and was very grateful to Luigi for telling me about it, and insisting that I give it a try. I would like to write this testimonial to one of your drivers. John was professional, courteous, punctual, friendly, and above all honest. He picked up me promptly, offered to make a much needed coffee stop, drove beautifully and dropped me off for an important meeting in the perfect frame of mind. I did not realize until later that I had dropped my purse in the car. John called dispatch who then called me with the reassuring message that my purse had been found and that John would pick me up for my return and return it to me then. John was waiting at the door with a big smile and an umbrella as I came out of my grueling 5 hour meeting. It was a wonderful sight! He gave me my wallet and drove me to Newark Penn station where he waited till I got into the building. He admonished me against wandering around on my own and gave his cell number so I could call if there was any trouble. All I could do in return was to give him a big hug and write this letter.

I forgot my purse in the car. I went around the back door into my house, leaving my suitcase in the driveway to retrieve when I open the garage door. When I opened the door, my driver was just putting my purse on my suitcase. This was such a kind service and very thorough on the part of the driver to see that I had left my purse behind. I was very tired from my trip and would have been very upset if I had discovered that I had lost my purse.

Please convey a big thanks and recognition to the driver. It's this kind of customer service that makes me request Royal Coachman as my preferred limo service.

Your Chauffeur Sam was great. As soon as we got in the car he verified the drop address, which was good because our reservationists gave the wrong information to you. We were going to Newark train station at Newark Airport; our office had us going to Newark Penn. Good save on Sam's part. Shows the importance of verifying stops and addresses!!!!
