“Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.” Aristotle

Be sure that we will continue to improve our transportation services to meet your needs regarding this subject. We don’t like to limit ourselves and settle only with previous achievements but prefer to reach for even higher goals in our personal and professional journey to becoming the best we can be and establish new standards in our industry. We tend to be more severe and critical towards our work than our clients. We will attempt to exceed your expectations in every service.

What do you think makes the difference between an excellent limousine provider and its competitors? We believe the answer is the unparalleled attention shown to our clients and the devotion to standards of perfection nowhere else encountered in the industry. Royal Coachman keeps its promises by creating a passenger experience that is unrivaled.

We design all of our best procedures after a governing principle known as the Duty of Care – an efficient system of checks and balances that all transportation companies aspire to, but which few adhere to regularly.

We believe that by always providing a superior passenger experience we earn and keep your loyalty and trust, so we act accordingly. We warmly invite you and your employees to notice the difference between Royal Coachman and all the rest; our company plans to fulfill all your corporate ground transportation needs.

At Royal Coachman, excellence is attained when we request more of ourselves than our clientele does. It is something that happens when you make only the right choices all of the time, even when you’re not being scrutinized. When you do excellently the little things, this results in excellence in the substantial things – and vice-versa. We have the advantage of being able to choose where we live on the bell curve of excellence.

In some situations, excellence is not so important when one has other priorities, this being a business decision taken in the client’s best interest. Business obligations may be saying “don’t let a nickel hold up a dollar,” especially if it is your client’s dollar… just do what you have to do, let him make his dollar, and do it perfect when there is more time. But there are situations where the quality affects the result and measures the conduct – excellence in these cases implies that you do it right the first time and every time afterward. Either way, the goal is excellence.

Excellence and perfection are not synonyms. While perfection is the unreachable goal you want to achieve when trying to prove something to others or yourself, excellence, on the other hand, is the courageous effort of attaining the highest quality standards when you really believe in what you are doing and that its value justifies your tenacious commitment. When there is a dilemma between time and/or quality, take into account that, although people may forget how fast you offer them what they needed, they’ll never forget the quality of your service– it speaks of your integrity.

Excellence is rather an attitude, not an ability.

Business is a simple process and it cuts down to one thing and one thing only. Most companies are devoted to something less than excellent.

In our opinion, excellence begins at the top and streams all the way down to the bottom line. Enterprises that are pursuing excellence outrun every competitor. By choosing excellence as your internal guideline, you won’t just have happy clients but thrilled clients.

Our mission at Royal Coachman Worldwide is to provide excellence in the industry of chauffeured ground transportation and limousine service. This can be accomplished with the help of our experienced staff, educated and trained drivers, the newest and exquisite vehicles, the latest technology and our dedication to ensuring the best possible service to all of our clients.

At Royal Coachman, we care deeply about providing the best possible service to our passengers and their companies and we promote the idea that everyone at Royal Coachman should make the efforts required to turn regular limousine service into exceptional limousine service.

This calls for all our employees to assume responsibility for their own actions and focus on building first-rate business relationships at every level. We militate for collaboration, both internally and with our clients and partners and repay bright and new solutions. We consider ourselves as:

Proud of what we do

Always learning

Direct, honest, logical and trustworthy

Operating safely and responsibly

Dedicated to achieving performance and success

Continuously improving

Our goal is that each and every passenger to return and be enthusiastic to recommend us to others.

As part of growing your business, you have to form solid relationships. These relationships include colleagues, clients, employees, vendors, suppliers, marketing experts, and virtually anyone with whom you cross paths. Even with the chauffeur of the New Jersey limo company that you rely on, there has to be a business relationship. Literally across the board, the success of your company depends on relationships.

Building a business relationship is not something that occurs by happenstance. This requires a great deal of work and trust. Executives throughout the country agree that the most valuable business commodity you have is trust.

The interesting thing about trust is that it takes time to develop, but only one small incident to be destroyed. Unless all of your business relationships are based on trust, a number of devastating things can happen, such as resentment, judgment, game-playing, broken promises, and the list goes on.

Creating a Trusting Foundation

The good news is that you have several key opportunities to build solid business relationships that are based on trust.

Honesty—No matter what the situation, you must be 100 percent honest. For example, as part of daily operations, if you see something troubling, you need to be honest. Otherwise, you miss a huge opportunity to fix a problem or avoid a potential disaster.

Rapport—Another great way to build a business relationship based on trust is by developing a good rapport with virtually everyone you have connections to. With rapport comes fertile ground for developing the trust needed for the relationship.

Respect—From the NJ limo company you work with to your top client, you need to show respect. In this case, it is important to talk to others as equals and not throw guilt or blame. Like trust, respect is something earned, but once that happens, it becomes a critical part of the business relationship. In addition, just as you respect others, you need to respect yourself.

Competency—By demonstrating your knowledge of what matters most to a person, along with your ability to find a viable solution, you prove competency. With this, people begin to trust you and the decisions that you make. Ultimately, this helps form strong and lasting business relationships.

Depending on a Qualified NJ Limo Service

If you work with a qualified limo service in New Jersey, over time you begin to bond through trust. Each time your chauffeur shows up at a specified time and location, you trust them more. The same is true with your business. Repeated success creates trust, which in turn builds lasting business relationships.

Improving your business body language alone could be the key factor between success and failure. In fact, experts believe that the effectiveness of our communication is determined 55% by our body language. What we say and how we say accounts for less than half!

The easiest way to improve your business body language is by simply staying self-aware. All you need to do is stay calm and collected, watching out for these six common body language mistakes:

Fidgeting Around

If you’re constantly shaking your knee, playing with your hair, or otherwise playing with your hands, it’s a sign of weakness. The best way to keep control of the room you’re in is sitting in a comfortable, confident position.

Having a Poor Handshake

Your handshake will be one of the very first impressions you get to make on somebody. Maintain a firm grip, but make sure not to crush them. Nobody likes a sweaty handshake, so make sure to dry your palms off before entering the room.

Not Looking Genuine

You don’t want to accidentally give away the impression that you’re fabricating the truth, even if you aren’t. Try to avoid these tell-tale signs of dishonesty:

Touching your hands or face.

Crossing your arm.

Leaning away from the person you’re speaking with.

Glancing down or away from the speaker.

Instead, make sure to sit up straight, with your hands firmly by your side or in your lap. Make sure to maintain eye contact during points of the conversation.

Slouching

Whether you’re standing up or sitting down, posture is a huge non-verbal signal. If you want to look and feel confident, you need to stand (or sit up) tall, with your shoulders aligned and your neck straight-up. Not only will you look more confident, but science shows that you’ll actually feel more confident, too!

Not Smiling Enough

If you’re frowning or stone-faced the whole time, you might come off as cold or disinterested. To lighten the mood and leave a positive impression, make sure to smile throughout the conversation. It’s important not to smile too broadly or too often, however, as you might be perceived as disingenuous.

Being Easily Distracted

One of the worst things you can do is show that your conversation isn’t important. If you’re constantly checking your phone or glancing at the clock, it shows that the person you’re speaking with isn’t as important as they should be. Even placing the phone between yourself and the speaker could be misconstrued. Your best bet is to turn your phone off and give the other person your undivided attention.

Now that you’re ready for your next business meeting, make sure you get there in style by reaching out to us at Royal Coachman. We specialize in luxury ground transportation for meetings & events, making sure you’re always relaxed and on time!

Effective communication is critical to success in business. What’s more it seems to be effortless for many people. However, social science finds at least a third, and maybe half, the population is introverted. This says to us that many people have to really work at communication. This short post gives you a few ideas how.

Be yourself

That frustrating interview tip applies equally for all communication settings. Being yourself and working with your personality are fundamental to good communication. This means, recognizing your strengths and weaknesses and applying your effort accordingly. If, for example, you a little introverted but great with facts and figures you will always have something to contribute in any situation. It also means that you’ll never appear fake or overconfident, two surefire ways to undermine your communication style.

Get used to being outside your comfort zone

Nothing new is ever achieved if we all stay inside out comfort zone. You should seek opportunities to communicate with people you’d not normally talk to, who’ll challenge your views and opinions. This is good generally but specifically will help you to communicate your ideas better to any audiance.

Technology can help

The information age offers introverts a safe haven at the click of a button. You can use all sorts of modern media as a communications method, meaning that the spoken word and person-person interaction is minimized. Don’t however, totally rely on this; particularly for communicating decisions. Rather use it to enhance specific areas and to mitigate the weaknesses we discussed earlier.

Ground transportation is another aspect that we can help with. As one of the top 50 limousine companies in the U.S., Royal Coachman can offer you one guarantee: if you organize your transportation with us we’ll support you with an immaculate level of service.

How? With a fleet of more than 150 vehicles, highly trained staff and a company has a history of delivering outstanding transportation. Your transport requirement, no matter what size, is important to us and we’d love to be your ground transportation partner, either in our home areas of New York and New Jersey or through our affiliates, worldwide. Call our event support team to find out what immaculate service is like.

Here’s how

For those of us who are not the most natural networkers and extroverts there can be a certain frustration: We know our potential, but some wise guy with a loud mouth can seem to be getting a much easier ride. Our natural disposition should be no limit on what we’re capable of, this short post gives introverts a few ideas to boost their public speaking prowess.

Speaking in public

This can be an introvert’s worst nightmare. It’s also a very important part of building a personal brand – but a lot of the time your fear is simply a result of your mind playing tricks on you. However, people come to your speaking events because they want to learn more about you and what you’re talking about.

You can mitigate the issues by following a couple of strategies but first and foremost preparation and rehearsal will see you on the safest course possible. If you’re really concerned and maybe out of practice, you can take some pressure off by using quotes or just lengthening the Q&A session.

Practiced appearance

You need to appear, at least, relaxed – many professional speakers have developed a bit of a ritual to ensure that they look relaxed. When practicing, practice your walk on; until it’s confident and effortless. This sets the tone and people will make a very quick judgment in the first 7 seconds, so apply your prep-time accordingly. Once front and center, take a little time if you need to for notes (use an alluring image on the screen behind you, if you’re worried about all those eyes on you).

When it comes to talking, look slightly over your audiences’ heads and try and ensure you’re talking to everybody by appearing to make eye contact with all your audience members. Some of the most nervous speakers are actually the ones that are walking about, talking to everybody up close and personal; it’s a kind of ‘the best form of defense being offense’. So see what works for you.

We hope that this short post gives you some ideas about how to speak better. While we may not be able to ensure you speak well, as one of the Nation’s top 50 Limousine Companies, we can get you there in the right style. Based in New Jersey and operating, in New York, the Metro Area and worldwide, Royal Coachman is the ideal solution for your ground transportation needs.
