Your Ultimate Guide to Easter 2018 in New Jersey

There are several occasions throughout the year when you can host a special brunch, lunch or dinner at your home. The Thanksgiving dinner is almost customary, the traditional Christmas fare is also imperative for most families across the state. Easter can be different if you want. While you can still host an Easter dinner at your home if you want, there are brunches, egg hunts, special events and fun things to do in New Jersey. Our NJ limo service can assure you a comfortable and luxurious ride to and from anywhere you have to be. You can also have our car service in New Jersey for the whole weekend or for Easter Sunday if you plan to attend multiple events.

  • Holy Saturday or Easter Sunday is a perfect proposition for a lavish brunch. The weather is perfect, there is fresh springtime produce and most prominent restaurants lay out wondrous fares for the weekend. You can be at Calandra’s Mediterranean Grill for its expanded buffet starting at half past eleven. You may prefer the lunch hour at half past two or you may dine here from half past five. The restaurant will close at half past seven on Saturday and Sunday. Cucina Calandra will have a special menu for Easter. You can be here anytime from noon to 10 p.m. There is no buffet but the a la carte menu is more than satiating. You can go to il Vecchio Café for a traditional buffet on Easter. You can plan a brunch, lunch or dinner. There are as many as three locations of Calandra’s Bakery at Newark, Caldwell and Fairfield. All of them close at five but you have almost a whole day to pack some stuffed cupcakes, homemade donuts, lobster tails, cakes and tarts. Don’t forget their cannolis.

  • Families will find it near impossible to plan their Easter celebrations without including an egg hunt. There are innumerable Easter themed events in New Jersey. You could be at Johnson’s Corner Farm in Medford for its egg hunt and meet the farm animals. There would be an Easter bunny and cookie decoration. Terhune Orchards will host a bunny chase, treasure hunt, bunny craft and pony rides. The event is on the 31st of March from 10 a.m. Our NJ limo service can drive you to Princeton and subsequently to other places after the event at Terhune Orchards. There are special events at Camden Children’s Garden, Whippany Railway Museum, Historic Village in Allaire, Heaven Hill Farm and Children’s Museum.

Most events across New Jersey scheduled for the Easter weekend will require preregistration or advance reservation. You should also reserve our car service in New Jersey to secure the limo you want and to have the most convenient itinerary locked in for the day or for both days. There is usually a spike in demand as the weekend approaches, so you must not risk missing out on a luxurious ride for the special day. We have vans, mini coaches and luxury motor coaches. The larger luxury vehicles are always the first preference for families and groups of friends.
